Hi there! 

Thank you for your interest in my work and me as a photographer! 

I speak Latvian, Russian, English & Dutch and I am certain that we will
find the way to understand each other and will find many things in common!

• My name Marina (after the sea) was given to me by my grandmother.   
• I have a bachelor’s degree in Port and Shipping management. 
• I adore cats, especially ginger ones. 
• When I was small, I wanted to become a dance teacher. 
• I love making surprises and gifts for my family and friends.
• My perfect Friday would include Thai food, red wine and a good movie.
  I am not 22 anymore ha-ha
• My dream holiday — Japan! Anime and sushi are also a great combination. 
• I cannot stand people having video conversations on public transport.
• My motto: only by getting out of your comfort zone, you will achieve more! 

Photography was always my passion and the day when I got my first camera for my birthday is truly unforgettable! Oooh, everything and everyone was captured that year ha-ha 

I have always loved to see people through my lens, because of their appearance and individuality. In my family it was common to take pictures of events, holidays and any other days that just felt special!
